You will also be involved in the daily operations of airfreight, including booking, tracking, and managing shipments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate with airlines and freight forwarders to secure the best rates and schedules.
- Book, track, and manage airfreight shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Analyze and optimize airfreight operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on airfreight operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new airfreight strategies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of airfreight services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in airfreight operations or a related field.
- Proficient in using airfreight management software such as CargoWise, Freightos, or similar.
- Strong understanding of IATA regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the logistics industry in Bali is a plus.
