📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
