Makmur Krisna Spareparts is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, and be able to ensure the smooth operation of the company's vehicle fleet. This position is based in Cilandak, Jakarta Raya, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are in good working condition.,Oversee the logistics of vehicle transportation, including coordinating with drivers, scheduling routes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain vehicle insurance and registration documents, ensuring all vehicles are compliant with legal requirements.,Work closely with the procurement team to source and negotiate with suppliers for vehicle parts and maintenance services.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for vehicle operation and maintenance.,Coordinate with external service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant software tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to vehicle operation and maintenance.,Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
