📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to mitigate operational risks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations, including ISO 45001 and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing safety programs.
• Certifications in ISO 45001, OSHA, or other relevant safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment and management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Proficient in using safety management software, such as SAP, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
