📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes.,Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to ensure the smooth operation of the school and the success of all students.,Participate in school events, activities, and community outreach programs to enrich the educational experience for students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject matter, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.,Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.,Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is preferred.
