📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor and control food and beverage inventory, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Prepare and present financial reports and operational reviews to senior management.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing restaurant teams.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
