📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a section of employees and ensuring they are performing at their best.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Managing employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborating with management to address any HR issues that may arise.
  • Representing the company at HR-related events and conferences.
  • Continuously improving HR processes and practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
