📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels,Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational plans,Providing support to the operations manager in achieving operational goals,Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
