📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
