As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of deposits and withdrawals.,Prepare and maintain financial reports for management and external auditors.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Identify and recommend cost-saving measures.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
