🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing operations and leading teams.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in using logistics management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to ensure that our operations are conducted in accordance with these regulations.
