MOMENTUM Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Telesales to join our team in Garut, Jawa Barat. This role is crucial in supporting our telesales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the telesales team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and complaints.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.
