📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Organize and lead evacuation drills and emergency exercises to ensure community preparedness.

• Monitor and evaluate disaster response efforts to identify areas for improvement.
• Represent BPBD in disaster management forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Disaster Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in disaster management or a related field.
• Certification in Disaster Management from a recognized institution is a plus.
• Proficient in using GIS software for disaster mapping and analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress situations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for disaster response activities.
