As a Fabric Sourcing & Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing the best fabric sources globally, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work with industry-leading tools such as SAP and Adobe Creative Suite to streamline the product development process and maintain a strong inventory management system.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the fabric and product development industry.
• Source and negotiate with fabric suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best materials at competitive prices.
• Collaborate with designers and product developers to ensure that fabric selections align with brand vision and customer needs.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, using tools like SAP and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and reduce waste.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in fabric sourcing and product development.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on product development progress and market insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabric sourcing and product development, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing high-quality fabrics and managing the product development process.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-leading tools such as SAP, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
