📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate vehicle schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to prevent costly breakdowns.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and document findings.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Provide support to drivers and other team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
