CV Visi Sakti is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain fuel records.,Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Coordinate with fuel suppliers and negotiate for the best rates.,Monitor and report on fleet performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with fuel management and cost control.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
