📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts or grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Provide general HR support and assistance to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment is a plus.
