(Hybrid) Backend Developer

Village Seed Ekspansindo is looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our server-side applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our applications meet the needs of our users.

This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our Kendal office and from home. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications
• Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that applications meet business requirements
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Backend Development
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
• Understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
