📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure high-quality standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Support the development of training materials for our customers and employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Familiarity with Markdown and other lightweight markup languages is a plus,Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar is a plus
