📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Create visually stunning designs for a variety of clients and projects, using your expertise and creativity to deliver the best possible results.,Collaborate with other members of the creative team to ensure that all projects are cohesive and on-brand.,Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in graphic design, and incorporate them into your work.,Provide feedback and constructive criticism to team members, helping them to improve their skills and performance.,Attend client meetings and presentations, representing the company and its designs in a professional and engaging way.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of graphic designers.,Strong portfolio of work, demonstrating your skills and expertise in graphic design.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the creative team.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.,Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in graphic design.
