As an Infant Educarer at Crestar Education (M) Sdn Bhd, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment where each child can thrive. You'll engage in daily activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development, using a variety of educational toys, games, and resources. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement daily activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development for infants aged 3-18 months.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and loving environment that fosters each child's growth and learning.
• Use a variety of educational toys, games, and resources to engage and educate infants.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the classroom, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all children.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
• Document children's progress and communicate it to parents and caregivers.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individuality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on infants aged 3-18 months.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Early Childhood Educator, Montessori, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young children.
