📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Coordinate with team members to address any production issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain and improve production processes to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies for production.,Provide training and support to production team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
