LUNAR Jaya is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of LUNAR Jaya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Provide support and guidance to drivers on vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations.,Conduct regular fleet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
