📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits,Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent recurrence,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards,Monitor and maintain safety equipment and tools,Coordinate with project managers to ensure safety on project sites,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management,Certification in Safety Management (e.g., OHAS 18001, ISO 45001) is a plus,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles🛠️ Keahlian
