📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assess the learning needs of employees and develop customized training solutions to address those needs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and other resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Experience in coaching and mentoring employees is a plus.
