In this role, you will use our in-house systems, including our proprietary software for inventory management and customer records. Daily tasks will include processing loans, managing customer data, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process loans and manage customer data using our proprietary software.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Assist in training new staff and maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with the branch manager to ensure smooth operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
