📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and stabilize emergency patients using advanced life support techniques.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and provide continuous care in a high-stress environment.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently using electronic health records (EHR) systems like SIMRS.
• Collaborate with the emergency team to ensure seamless patient handoffs between departments.
• Participate in emergency drills and training sessions to maintain and improve emergency response skills.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their time of need.
• Stay updated with the latest medical guidelines and best practices in emergency care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse or similar critical care role.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems like SIMRS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with excellent time management skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
