🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Field Engineer or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and security systems.
• Proficiency in using industry-leading tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Wireshark.
