📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with halal certification standards.
• Verify and validate halal certificates for products and services.
• Develop and implement audit protocols and checklists.
• Collaborate with local suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure halal compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on halal certification requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed audit reports and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest halal certification standards and industry regulations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards in accordance with halal principles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Halal Auditor with at least 2 years of experience in halal certification.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic dietary laws and halal certification standards.
• Proficient in using halal certification software such as HalalCheck, HalalCert, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and regulatory requirements in North Sumatra.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
