📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with airlines and freight forwarders to secure the best rates and schedules.
• Book, track, and manage airfreight shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Analyze and optimize airfreight operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on airfreight operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new airfreight strategies.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of airfreight services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in airfreight operations or a related field.
• Proficient in using airfreight management software such as CargoWise, Freightos, or similar.
• Strong understanding of IATA regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the logistics industry in Bali is a plus.
