📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of IT software solutions tailored to the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Oversee the integration of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate with software vendors and IT service providers to ensure seamless implementation and support.
• Ensure the security and compliance of all IT systems and data in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and software to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives and drive digital transformation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT and hospitality sectors to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT software management, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT software solutions in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of PMS, CRM, and other industry-specific software solutions.
• Certifications in IT project management, software development, or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
