As a KOL Acquisition & Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute innovative campaigns that leverage the power of social media influencers and affiliate networks. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and affiliates, ensuring they are aligned with our brand values and goals. Your strategic thinking and creative approach will be key to our success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement KOL acquisition strategies to identify and onboard high-quality influencers.
• Build and manage relationships with KOLs and affiliate marketers to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Create and distribute engaging content for KOLs and affiliates, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute affiliate marketing programs.
• Track and report on KOL and affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Conduct regular check-ins with KOLs and affiliates to ensure they are meeting campaign goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL acquisition and affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing KOL and affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms like AspireIQ, Upfluence, or Traackr.
• Certification in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
