📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process optimization studies using tools like Minitab and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline production processes.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience in process optimization and quality improvement.
• Familiarity with Minitab, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
