📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Implement and monitor logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar to track and manage inventory and shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
