As a Chiller & HVAC Sales Manager/Engineer in Bali, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing projects, and ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our high-performance HVAC and chiller systems. You will work closely with clients in the commercial and hospitality sectors, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to their specific needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Bali’s commercial and hospitality sectors.
• Manage and oversee the installation and maintenance of Mitsubishi Electric HVAC and chiller systems.
• Provide expert technical advice and support to clients, ensuring their systems are operating at peak efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Mitsubishi Electric’s latest products and technologies.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued success of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or a related field, with a focus on chiller systems.
• Certification in HVAC or chiller systems from a recognized institution is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mitsubishi Electric’s HVAC and chiller products and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively within Bali and beyond.
