• Visit and evaluate IQOS stores in Manokwari to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Interact with store staff and customers to assess the overall shopping experience.

• Identify and report any issues or areas for improvement to the store manager and Staffinc Group.
• Collaborate with the retail team to implement recommendations and monitor progress.
