As an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source and attract top talent, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the position.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including telephone, in-person, and video interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment process.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role.
• Proven experience in using recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of the MNC environment and global recruitment practices is a plus.
